- Consultation booking: when you book a consultation through our Square Appointments booking widget, Square collects your name, email, phone number, and appointment details directly. This information is subject to Square’s own privacy policy in addition to ours.

Standard technical information collected by WordPress and our hosting provider (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) for security and site performance purposes.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor data to advertisers.

3. Licensed AI Talent & Reference Media
If you apply to the Founding Talent Pilot and upload a reference photo or video, that media is used solely to evaluate your application and, if you proceed, to plan a professional capture session. No Dataset AI Twin or digital likeness is created, and no reference media is used in any production, without your specific, separate written approval. You remain the rights-holder of your own likeness at all times, consistent with our Licensed AI Talent program terms.

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site and our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles information:
- Square Appointments — consultation scheduling and booking
- WordPress / hosting provider — Site infrastructure
- Email delivery service (SMTP provider) — form and appointment notification delivery
