Transparency notice: Vanessa is AI World Media’s AI-generated spokesperson and digital assistant. This presentation was human-scripted, directed and edited as part of our hybrid production process.

Artificial intelligence is transforming how companies create video, photography, advertising and brand experiences. Impressive results must be matched by lawful, transparent and respectful production practices.

Responsible AI begins with human direction

AI World Media operates through a hybrid production model. Artificial intelligence can help create imagery, environments, performances and visual effects, but the final production remains guided by human creative decisions.

Our process may include concept development, scriptwriting, original photography, performance direction, compositing, animation, editing, sound design, color correction and client approval.

We believe the strongest use of AI is not replacing human creativity. It is extending what an experienced human creator can accomplish.

Likeness and voice require permission

A person’s face, voice and recognizable identity should never be treated as an unrestricted production asset. Proper permission and documentation should be in place before use.

  • Digital spokespersons and licensed AI talent
  • Client digital likenesses and virtual performers
  • Voice cloning and synthetic speech
  • Actors, models, musicians and presenters
  • Family photographs and deceased individuals in memorial productions

Releases and approval documents should explain how a person’s face, voice, performance or digital likeness may be used, edited, distributed and retained.

Commercial rights and tool selection matter

AI platforms do not all offer the same commercial rights, privacy practices or safeguards. Licensing, uploaded-content policies, training use and enterprise protections should be reviewed before client production.

  • Does the platform permit commercial use?
  • How may generated output be used?
  • How is uploaded client material handled?
  • Can uploaded content be used for model training?
  • Are enterprise privacy controls available?
  • Does the provider offer indemnification or other safeguards?

Clients have responsibilities too

Clients should confirm that they own or have permission to use supplied photographs, logos, music, scripts, product images, recordings and references.

Agreements should address the material supplied by the client, the AI tools used, ownership and permitted use of deliverables, likeness and voice permissions, disclosure requirements, approvals, revisions and reasonable limitations of liability.

Transparency strengthens the production

When disclosure is appropriate or required, AI-generated or AI-assisted content should be clearly identified. Transparency demonstrates confidence and professionalism.

Disclosure may include identifying Vanessa as an AI-generated spokesperson, noting that imagery has been digitally created or using applicable synthetic-content labels provided by social and video platforms.

Important notice
